⭐HEALTHY FOOD FOR HEALTHY LIFFE


   Food is an essential part of daily life. All humans,animals & insects depend on food for existence. People eat because they are hungry. Hunger means that your body is giving a signal for fuel.


         When we choose our food,we must first look into nutritional value more than the taste. We need to take a certain amount of proteins,vitamins,minerals,carbohydrates,fats and iron. All these nutrients are found in different types of food items.


           We should try to include green vegetables and fruits in our daily diet. We need to take little sugar and carbohydrates which can cause obesity easily. Healthy food will always build up healthy body. Hence when you choose food you need to concentrate more on the nutritional value than the taste.


          The present day children eat a lot of junk food. Such as short eats, ice-cream and pizza. They are very tasty but they can cause a lot of health hazards. So, refrain from eating junk food and always try to consume healthy food.
