⭐️QUEEN ELIZABETH

 


Queen Elizabeth became the Queen of the entire United Kingdom. She ruled her state for 70 years and she is a very exemplary and important woman for Sri Lankans and the people of the world. She left this world at the age of 96 on September 8, 2022.

After the death of her father, she became the queen of the sunless kingdom at the age of 26. She led seven Commonwealth countries, including the United Kingdom, where she was born. Her coronation was held in 1995. She had to face a lot of troubles in her life. Especially the death of Princess Diana, the wife of her son, Prince Charles, and many others. Regardless of that, the secret of her being loved by people in her governance is because of her good governance.

Among the characteristics of Queen Elizabeth II was her love of animals and especially dogs. she was just a young girl when her famed interest in corgi dogs began. The breed first stole her heart in 1933, when her father, the soon-to-be King George VI, brought home a corgi named Dookie from a local kennel. Soon after Dookie came another furry friend, Jane . So Her favourite dogs were corgis. She has four corgi dogs .  their names are Muick, Sandy, Lissy and Candy, respectively. Elizabeth's affinity for dogs can be traced back to her 18th birthday

In her life journey As Queen, she was served by 15 UK Prime Ministers and She was the longest reigning monarch ever in Britain.Crowned in 1953, Queen Elizabeth II became the longest-serving British monarch in September 2015, surpassing her great-great grandmother Queen Victoria.

 She fell victim to the 2020 covid epidemic and she recovered and passed away in 2022 at the age of 96. It was at Balmoral Castle, a royal residence in Scotland

She said in a speech about the Corona virus.
"We will be with our friends again; we will be with our families again. We will meet again."

She passed away and was buried at the King George VI Memorial Chapel, St. George's Chapel, Windsor Castle, where her body was officially received by her successor, Prince Charles III, on 10th September 2022.
